Crop the photo, drag its corners to straighten the page, and adjust brightness, contrast, sharpness, or rotation. Compare Original with Clean scan and use the result that reads best.
TEXT AND NUMBERS
Fill in the missing details.
Tap where a detail belongs, type your text, then move or resize it to fit. Edit, duplicate, or delete added fields without changing the original printed content.
BOXED NUMBER ROWS
A digit in every box.
Draw a rectangle around a row of boxes, set the box count, and enter the number. Leading zeros stay in place, and you can align shorter numbers to the right.
SIGNATURES AND MARKS
Sign it in your own handwriting.
Draw your signature, add freehand notes, or place checkmarks and circles. Choose an ink color, adjust line thickness, and move or resize each mark.

Open a PDF from your files or share one to Signmio from another app. Move between pages and add text and marks where they belong, then save or share the complete document.
SAVE AND RETURN
Pick up where you left off.
Save in My documents to keep your added text, numbers, and marks editable. Reopen the project, change another field, and save back to the same document. Rename or delete saved documents from the library.

Preview the result in a PDF viewer installed on your device. Save as PDF exports all pages, including pages you have not edited, and Share sends the finished PDF through an app you choose.

BEFORE YOU START
A few useful answers.
Can I scan more than one page?
Yes. Scan and adjust the first page, then choose Scan another page. On the Scanned pages screen, arrange or remove pages before continuing to the editor. All pages become one PDF, and you can add text and marks to each page.
How do I fill a row of number boxes?
Choose Boxes and drag a rectangle around the entire row. Confirm how many boxes it contains, then type the number. You can keep leading zeros, align a shorter number to the right, and adjust the row’s position or size afterward.
Does Signmio edit the original printed text?
You add text and drawn marks over the document. The original page remains the background; Signmio does not recognize printed text with OCR or turn it into editable text.
What is the difference between Save and Save as PDF?
Save keeps a project in My documents so its added fields and marks can be edited later. Save as PDF creates a finished copy for viewing or sharing. That exported copy alone does not keep Signmio’s editable fields, so keep the saved project if you expect to make changes.
Can I zoom while a tool is open?
Yes. Use two fingers to zoom or move the document while Text, Boxes, Signature, or Draw is active. Use one finger to place or draw, and drag the small corner squares to resize a selected field. Undo reverses an edit; Fit resets the document view.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account is needed. Document editing, scan adjustments, and saving run locally. Sharing, external links, and Android backup may use other apps or online services according to your device settings.
What kind of signature does it add?
Signmio adds a signature you draw on the screen. It does not add certificate-based digital signatures or a signature verification service.
Which Android versions are supported?
Signmio requires Android 15 or later. The download link will be added when the Google Play listing is available.
