Privacy statement

No analytics. No tracking.

The current Signmio Android app does not collect personal information, anonymous statistics, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or crash telemetry. It contains no analytics or advertising SDK and does not require an account. The app does not send your documents, photos, signatures, or editing activity to the developer.

Documents and signatures

The files you choose, photos you scan, text you add, and signatures you draw are processed locally. Scanned pages are held temporarily in the app’s cache while you assemble a document. Editable projects are saved in the app’s storage. Exported PDFs are saved to the location you select. Signmio accesses documents you choose through Android’s file picker and uses your camera app when you choose to scan.

Sharing and Android backup

When you choose Share or open a document in another app, the selected document is provided to that app. Its handling of the file follows its own privacy practices. Android backup is enabled in the current app, so app data may be backed up or transferred by Android according to your device settings and backup provider. These actions are separate from collection by the Signmio developer.

Deleting your files

You can delete saved projects from My documents. Exported files, shared copies, and system backups are managed separately through the storage location, receiving app, or backup provider you use.

This website

This website uses no visitor analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. It stores only your light or dark theme preference in your browser. Hosting providers such as Cloudflare may process technical connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.

Website contact messages

When you submit the contact form, your name, reply email, and message are sent through Resend to the developer at [email protected]. Your reply email is used to respond to your request. Please do not include private documents or passwords. The form sends no automatic reply and does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes connection and verification information, including your IP address. A Cloudflare D1 database stores keyed hashes of IP and reply-email identifiers plus submission timestamps to enforce sending limits; it does not store message bodies or plain email addresses. These hashes are pseudonymous identifiers. Entries older than 32 days are removed when a later submission is accepted; if no further messages arrive, they remain until database cleanup. Messages delivered to the developer remain in the mailbox until deleted. Resend processes message content and addresses for delivery. Open and click tracking are disabled.

This contact processing applies to this website. It does not change the Android app’s local document processing. To request deletion of your contact correspondence, email [email protected].
